Presence felt at the Singapore Sprint Series

The Singapore Sports School triathletes and TYR Open Water Clinic participant, Patricia Pang made a promising start for the year with impactful performances at the mini-aquathlon event of the Singapore Sprint Series 1 held at Tanjong Beach, Sentosa over the weekend.
The team from the Singapore Sports School, headed by Synergy Multi-Sport's Principal Coach, Eugene Lee, took 3 spots on the podium for the mini-aquathlon event comprising of a 200m swim and 2.5km run. Joel Wang and AQ Jilani finished 1 and 2 respectively overall and for the Men's Under-20 categeory, while Samantha Ho took 3rd spot for the Women's Under-20 category.

Patricia Pang, an avid participant of our TYR Open Water Clinics took the Women's 40+ title!

Dirty Duathlon: Off-Road Duathlon Run Clinic

The Sunday morning of 15th Feb saw the Dirty Duathlon: Off-Road Duathlon Run Clinic conducted at the Tampines Mountain Bike Park. Participants were treated with a 30-minute knowledge clinic session, followed by an orientation run on the actual 2.25km course for the Dirty Duathlon. Here's a review from two of our participants:
